Lunch & Snack Tyme Camp Kidz need to bring a nutrious lunch,
drink and snack each day.

Personal belongings Should be labeled for identificationexpensive personal belongings should be left at home as 1st Class Gymnastics and
staff will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items such as: toys, games,
CD players, IPODS , etc. Any item found and unidentified will be kept in our
"Lost & Found".

Registration
and medical forms MUST BE ON FILE to participate in
all programs.
Camp registration is on a first come, first space
basis.
Participants agree to follow all rules and policies posted in the gym
and listed in the Rules & Policies Handbook published by the gym.
